You will only remain broken if you refuse to begin rebuilding

If you have been a Victim of a Narcissist do not allow the experience to rob you of your natural ability to love. Don’t allow a Narcissist to steal that beautiful gift from you, they have taken enough. Do not allow what you have gone through to become your Narcissistic ex’s legacy.

From my own experience, having been a victim of a Narcissist, I would like to say to readers who may still find themselves suffering emotionally that what you’re feeling is not ‘You’. The REAL you is the person you were before you met this emotional vampire. The doubt and confusion is a result of the poison Narcissists leave in the minds of their Victims.
