Relearning to live
1. We act on instinct and are unconscious of our behaviour. This includes self-talk, interactions with others etc.
2. These patterns of behaviour are learnt at a young age. Some were adopted in response to trauma and they once protected us from threatening situations.
3. As we become adults we no longer require their protection however, these learnt defenses (walls) hold us back from experiencing freedom.
4. To product a shift become aware of those behaviours which no longer serve you. Thank them for their protection, choose to put them down (allow your walls to drop) and step forward.
