To a Narcissist, relationships are all about ritual!
Like an animal and a kill, Victims are tracked (Groomed), hunted (Love Bombing), eaten (Devalued) and then left (Discarded).

To a survivor of a Narcissistic relationship, I would like to start off by saying,
“I get you, I’ve been through it”. It is unnatural to meet a prospective partner with
a triggered response of, “Let me look for Narcissistic red flags”.

Victims often feel foolish for having involved themselves with a Narcissistic partner
however, it’s important for Victims of these emotional vampires to accept that in the
initial stages of the relationship they would be none the wiser.
