Which do you choose to partner with?
When we ‘become’ the pain our emotions take front and center stage.
We get lost in a ‘story’ around the event and partner with anxiety/ anger/ sadness.
When we ‘observe’ the pain we invite wisdom into the situation.
We become willing to listen and learn from the pain and partner with acceptance and self-compassion
When next you’re faced with a challenge ask yourself, “Will I choose to become it or will I choose to observe it?”
