Leadership & Team Coaching (Ontological Business Coach)

Lead with clarity. Build teams that win.

With 18 years’ experience across both corporate and creative fields in brand management and group strategic planning, I help leaders turn strategy into behaviour and behaviour into results. I’m an ICF-certified Ontological Business Coach (Graduate Diploma in Ontological Coaching & Leadership) with a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership. I lecture in psychology at SACAP and serve as CPT Head for Vega’s Brand University Honours programmes in Strategic Planning. Working with emerging and established leaders gives me a live read on how the workplace is changing—and what high-performing teams need now.

What “ontological” means for your business

Ontology focuses on how we are being—our language, emotions and body—because how we show up shapes how we think, decide and execute. When leaders shift their way of being, culture shifts, collaboration deepens, and performance follows.

Outcomes clients achieve

  • Clearer strategic focus and faster decisions

  • Higher trust and psychological safety

  • Healthy conflict and stronger accountability

  • Resilient leaders who coach, not micromanage

How we’ll work

  • Executive coaching (1:1): deepen self-awareness, upgrade decision-making, expand leadership range.

  • Team coaching & workshops: align on purpose, norms and operating rhythms; practise real conversations.

Who I help

Founders, executives and cross-functional teams who want momentum: scale with less friction, communicate with clarity, and deliver reliably—especially through change.

FAQ

Q1: What is an Ontological Business Coach?
A coach who helps leaders shift their way of being—language, emotions and body—so strategy turns into consistent action and results.

Q2: How is this different from traditional coaching?
Beyond goals and tactics, we address the patterns underneath behaviour. When those shift, performance changes faster and lasts longer.

Q3: Do you coach teams and individuals?
Yes. I run 1:1 executive coaching alongside team coaching and workshops so new habits embed across the system.

Q4: Do you work remotely?
Yes—based in Cape Town, working with clients across South Africa and internationally via Zoom/Teams.
